Available Payment Methods

We support multiple secure payment options for smooth and hassle-free transactions:

  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps
  • Debit/Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, etc.
  • Net Banking: All major Indian banks supported
  • Wallets & Pay Later: Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, and supported services
  • International Cards: Supported for eligible international transactions

All payments are securely processed through trusted gateways such as Razorpay Secure Gateway using encrypted connections.

Can Someone Else Pay for My Subscription?

Yes.

Subscription payments may be made using any valid payment method, even if the payment method belongs to another person, provided that the registered TargetJTET account belongs to the actual user.

Payment Successful but Subscription Not Activated

If your payment has been deducted but your subscription is not activated within 15 minutes, please contact us immediately.

  • Your registered name
  • Registered email address or phone number
  • Transaction ID or payment screenshot
  • Date and time of payment

Our support team usually resolves payment activation issues within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

We believe in fair access and student satisfaction.

Eligible users may request a 100% refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Refund eligibility may be limited if the account shows significant usage of premium features, educational content, mock tests, quizzes, or other paid services.
  • Only one refund request is allowed per user/account.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

Include the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered email or phone number
  • Transaction ID and payment method
  • Reason for refund request
  • Date and time of purchase

Our team generally responds within 24–48 hours.

If approved, refunds are usually credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Wrong Plan Selection

If you accidentally purchased the wrong subscription plan, you may contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Your registered details
  • Transaction information
  • The correct plan you wish to switch to

Our support team will assist you with plan adjustment or refund eligibility where applicable.
